- U.S. Standard (orders under $49): $6.95 flat fee

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, outside of the U.S., P.O Boxes, FPO/APO/DPO military addresses, U.S. territories, or hotels at this time.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. For standard shipping, please allow 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase for delivery. A business day is considered to by Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- U.S. Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days after items have shipped
- U.S. Express Delivery: Overnight or 2 business day delivery options available (Overnight shipping is 1 business day delivery)*
*All rush orders must be received by 10:00 am PDT for same business day shipping. This service does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping or delivery. Rush delivery is normally sent through FedEx or UPS, depending on location.
U.S. Overnight and U.S. 2-Day orders placed after 12:00 PDT will be processed and shipped the next business day.
What Carrier Will Be Used?
- ACQ ships via UPS, FedEx or the U.S. Postal Service for all standard deliveries.
- We are unable to select the carrier for an order due to automated order processing.
- Tracking and carrier details will appear in your shipment confirmation email, and in your Order History on www.acqformulas.com, after your order ships.
- A signature is required on orders of $200 or more.
Can I Specify Where to Leave my Package or Provide Delivery Instructions?
- Delivery locations are selected at the sole discretion of the driver, and are outside of the control of ACQ.
- Once your order ships, you can try reaching out to the carrier with special instructions for delivery if needed.
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any cancelled items. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org
Missing or Damaged Packages?
If your package was damaged during shipment, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at email@example.com and Include a photo of the damaged package/products. We will arrange for the original carrier to pick up and inspect the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
If your package is missing, please refer to your email for shipping information to determine the carrier. Please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number and other relevant information. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing by the shipping provider.
